This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for Revogreen Inc. (“Revogreen”). This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Revogreen’s website located at revogreen.co (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information that you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using out Site.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing. Revogreen collects personally identifiable information (PII) through the Site. Revogreenonly has access to the PII that you voluntarily provide through the Site. Revogreen will use your PII to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, for instance, sending you the products that you order through the Site and for communicating with you. Revogreen may share your PII with some of our other members as necessary to fulfill your requests for services.
In addition, Revogreen tracks Non-Personal Information (NPI) using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Cookies help us improve and customize your experience on our Site.
Your Access to and Control Over Your Information. We use your PII to provide our services to you. You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time by sending us an email at Support@Revogreen.com. In addition, (i) you may request a copy of the information that we have collected about you; (ii) you may request that we change or update your information; and (iii) you may request that we delete any part of your information.
PII Restrictions. Revogreen’s services are restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. If we, however, inadvertently collect any PII from someone under the age of 18 (a “Child”), then the Child’s parent or legal guardian has the right to inspect their Child’s PIIthat Revogreen collected to assure it is accurate or to amend it. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Child and you become aware that your Child has provided Revogreen with PII without your consent, you should contact us via email at Support@Revogreen.com. Parents always have the right to inspect any information that Revogreen may have inadvertently collected from their Child, and have the right to have Revogreen edit or delete it.
Security. The Internet is not an established secure environment for communications. As such, we continually review and apply commercially reasonable practices to protect and secure the Internet channels used within our systems. Accordingly, Revogreen takescommercially reasonable precautions to protect your PII. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever Revogreen collects PII, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While Revogreen uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your PII offline. Only employees who need your PII to perform a specific job are granted access to your PII. The computers/servers in which we store your PII are kept in a secure environment. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by unauthorized persons who breach our security procedures. By providing your PII to us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these inherent risks.
California Privacy Rights. California consumers have a right to know, access, and delete any of their personally identifying information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California consumers also have a right to opt out of the sale of their PII by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising one of their California privacy rights.
