It’s a solid 1-2 months of some of the most debilitating pain you’ve ever experienced. I first tweaked my back in my mid-20s, then threw it out hard in my early 30s, and it seemed like ever since then, it just got worse and worse. You’ve probably had some pretty similar experiences. And while there are many treatment options available, from medications to surgery, more and more of us have seen friends and loved ones go down that road and not see any relief.

It removes the strength positions that can exacerbate back pain, and has you hold relaxed stretches for up to 5 minutes! It can give you some crazy deep tissue release.

Massage can help to reduce tension in the muscles, increase blood flow, and promote relaxation, all of which can lead to reduced pain and improved mobility. I’m a big fan of Active Release Therapy and AROSTI. They both focus on deep tissue release. It actually hurts like heck while you’re having it done, but you feel amazing after a session.
